What is a Triple Net Property?

3N Strategies seeks to acquire triple net-lease properties which are real estate assets with a single-tenant lease associated to it, in which the tenant, under the terms of said lease, is obligated to cover all related property taxes, insurance, and/or maintenance costs. Some tenant examples are: pharmacies, restaurants, convenience and grocery stores, banks, among others.
